Account Director

Job Description

 

  • Will be responsible for leading and delivering marketing communications across an array of clients from different industries.
  • Support, motivate and guide a group of account managers and executives.
  • Develop in-depth strategies for clients with clear deliverables and KPI's for the company.
  • Ensure the best possible service/value for the client.
  • Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and general quality of all deliverables to the client.
  • Ensure the profitability of the team and achieve financial yearly targets.
  • Build and maintain a positive, long-lasting, high-level relationship with clients.
  • Prepare quarterly Team Profitability reports and Account Status reports 

Job Requirement

  • Minimum two years of experience as an Account Director or similar role  (agency background preferable)
  • Excellent leadership skills 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual (Arabic and English writing is a must)
  • Good memory for facts and figures
  • Excellent research and analytical thinking skills
