Associate Creative Director
Job Description
- Lead and inspire the creative team, overseeing their work.
- Assess team skills and allocate them effectively, aligning with the Senior Creative Director.
- Evaluate the performance of the creative team and provide guidance for enhancements.
- Develop concepts and ideas using the ideation process, balancing commercial and consumer needs.
- Deliver a high-quality work in alignment with client briefs and guidelines.
- Ensure creative work is executed within agreed strategy and deadlines.
- Ensure brand identity and message consistency across channels.
- Develop and present innovative ideas and creative concepts that align with the client's objectives and demonstrate creativity and strategic thinking.
- Create visually engaging presentations to effectively communicate ideas and concepts internally and externally.
- Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions.
- Analyze business problems creatively and strategically, using creative methodologies.
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of campaign performance metrics, including but not limited to click-through rates, conversion rates, and audience engagement.
- Utilize analytical tools to assess the success of campaigns against predefined KPIs and benchmarks.
- Work closely with the Customer Service (CS) department to fulfill clients' objectives and deliverables.
- Identify, define, and pitch new opportunities to bring value to clients.
- Work closely with the Visual Content Department to generate creative solutions.
- Collaborate with the business development team to prepare compelling pitches and proposals for potential client.
- Participate in and contribute to new business activities of the agency.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the agency's capabilities and strategic objectives to enhance agency and client profitability.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, strategies, and technologies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
- Strong agency experience.
- Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proficient in concept and strategy development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
