Business Development Manager

Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Leverage strong industry connections to open doors and build long-term client relationships.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Prepare and present customised technical and financial proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Lead the development and submission of RFPs and tenders in coordination with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g., strategy, creative, finance, operations) to develop winning solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify strategic growth areas.
  • Maintain accurate records of business activities, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and convert prospects into loyal clients.
  • Support the senior leadership team with business insights and expansion strategies.

Job Requirement

  • Solid experience in business development with a focus on driving growth and client acquisition.

  • Proven expertise in building and presenting technical and financial proposals bilingually (English & Arabic).

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets across various sectors.

  • Strong network of industry contacts and key decision-makers, with the ability to open doors and build long-term partnerships.
