Business Development Manager
Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Leverage strong industry connections to open doors and build long-term client relationships.
- Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare and present customised technical and financial proposals tailored to client needs.
- Lead the development and submission of RFPs and tenders in coordination with internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g., strategy, creative, finance, operations) to develop winning solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify strategic growth areas.
- Maintain accurate records of business activities, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and convert prospects into loyal clients.
- Support the senior leadership team with business insights and expansion strategies.
Job Requirement

Solid experience in business development with a focus on driving growth and client acquisition.

Proven expertise in building and presenting technical and financial proposals bilingually (English & Arabic).

Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets across various sectors.
