Creative Director

Job Description

  • Lead and inspire the creative team (art directors, copywriters, designers, animators, etc.) to deliver impactful and original campaigns aligned with client objectives and brand tone.

  • Own the creative vision and ensure consistency across all campaigns, platforms, and deliverables.

  • Act as a strategic partner to the Strategy, Account Management, and Planning teams to shape briefs, guide creative directions, and elevate ideas.

  • Present and articulate creative concepts and solutions to both internal teams and external clients with confidence and clarity.

  • Review and approve final artwork, videos, and copy to maintain high-quality standards and brand alignment.

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, cultural relevance, and emerging technologies to ensure ideas remain fresh, competitive, and innovative.

  • Collaborate with production teams and vendors to ensure creative execution matches the original concept intent.

  • Mentor and coach creative team members, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity, and collaboration.

  • Contribute to pitch decks and proposals, especially for high-stake or strategic opportunities.

  • Balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in a creative role within a creative/advertising agency, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing multi-platform campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media.

  • Exceptional leadership, conceptual thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to guide and manage cross-functional creative teams.

  • Strong understanding of both visual design and copy direction, with the ability to give clear, constructive feedback.

  • Excellent presentation and client communication skills.

  • Deep awareness of cultural and market trends.
