Graphic Designer
Job Description
- Create visually compelling designs that align with client briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.
- Execute creative concepts across digital and print platforms while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Collaborate with Art Directors, Senior Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Account Managers, and other cross-functional team members to deliver effective creative solutions.
- Prepare artwork and final files for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to required technical specifications.
- Maintain and organize creative assets, source files, fonts, templates, and design resources on the organization’s server, ensuring proper file structure and easy retrieval.
- Utilize AI-powered design and creative tools to support ideation, streamline workflows, accelerate production, and enhance productivity while maintaining originality, quality, and brand integrity.
- Stay up to date with emerging design trends, AI technologies, creative tools, and industry best practices, while continuously developing technical and creative skills.
- Ensure consistency across all creative outputs by adhering to brand identity guidelines and established design standards.
- Incorporate feedback and creative direction from senior team members to continuously improve the quality of work.
- Collaborate effectively with the creative team to support the timely delivery of projects according to required quality standards.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Basic understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with digital and print design requirements.
- Interest in and willingness to use AI-powered creative and design tools as part of the design workflow.
- A portfolio demonstrating design skills, creativity, and understanding of fundamental design principles.
