Sr. Graphic Designer
Job Description
- Develop original designs from concept to completion, tailored to client specifications, brand identity, and marketing goals.
- Supervise design projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and adherence to project objectives.
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive library of creative assets, including software, art materials, and fonts, for efficient record-keeping and referencing.
- Evaluate and allocate production resources effectively to maximize productivity and ensure optimal results.
- Create and optimize visual assets for campaigns across various platforms, including email, microsites, and landing pages, to drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure consistent creative excellence and cohesive execution across projects.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, reviewing their work to ensure alignment with quality standards and project goals.
- Monitor and report on the progress of design projects, delivering performance evaluations and insights to the creative management for review.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and design principles across all deliverables, maintaining consistency and innovation.
- Continuously explore and implement new design trends, tools, and technologies to elevate the creative output.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the creative team and agency.
Job Requirement

2–3 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably within a creative or advertising agency.

A strong portfolio showcasing diverse work across digital and print, including campaigns, branding, and social media content.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (motion design skills are a plus).

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
